Abstract
In every business, there is always a conflict happen. Conflict is unavoidable in business, and its not a bad thing. All the conflict happen can be considered as a spice in life. Same like other business, KEPECHALA also face an internal problem with thier company, and the causes of KEPECHALA conflicts come from the owner son and brothers. |
