A case study of VINSCO : Employee satisfaction and loyalty in public organization sector

The purpose of this study is to identify awareness towards job satisfaction, identify factors effecting employee job satisfaction and the impact of job loyalty toward organization and as result to have superior effective and efficient administration system in the public organization sector, in emergent countries such Malaysia. The study exhibits the findings of satisfaction and loyalty survey of employment factor of Malaysia Public organization sector.
