Abstract

This research is to measure the level of customer satisfaction among the customers of Ar-rahnu in Kelantan. The factors used to measure this customer satisfaction are in terms of service quality and shariah complaint. This research is conducted through survey questionnaire to achieve the research objective. 79 respondents were selected in collecting the data by choosing convenient and random sampling method. The data were collected by using questionnaire and was filled out by the respondents by using scale of 1-5. The methodology used to perform efficiency analysis of these Islamic pawnshops is Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The data analysis is used in terms of demographic, reliability and correlation analysis. The findings showed that service quality and shariah compliance are significance to the customers satisfaction.
