Abstract
This research examined the factors affecting the performance of homestay as entrepreneurial business in Kelantan. Entensive review of the literature indicates the need for a better understanding of this area which related to the factors affecting performance of homestay as entrepreneurial business. A total 50 questionnaires were distributed to homestay's owner operator of homestay. The study investigated the factor affecting performance of homestay as entrepreneurial business in Kelantan. The independent variables used in this research are innovation, training and legal structure whereas the dependent variable is performance of homestay in Kelantan. The implementation of this study is to achieve the objectives of the research. First objective of our research is to investigate the relationship between innovation and performance of homestay in Kelantan. Second objective is to scrutinize the relationship between the training and the performance of homestay in Kelantan and third objective to probe the relationship between the legal structure and the performance of homestay in Kelantan. All the independent variables show that positive but moderate relationship with highly significant. Thus, there is a significant relationship between innovation, training and legal structure towards performance of homestay |
