Abstract

In recent years there are concerns about the resignation of employees in the Minda Agrimachinery Sdn Bhd (MASB). Resignation is a general term for a worker to stop a company in which they have worked and is one of the reasons for the termination of the employment contract (the dismissal is not included in this definition).This particular study focuses on “employee’s resignation issues in shaping company’s business image”. The objective of this study is to identify how serious the problem of employee resignation in the company, to explore how stable is the performance of the company with the instability of employment and to find how the market perceive the company’s image and reputation that is been surrounded by employees resignation issue. For the sample size for this study is the interview session has been implement to get the primary data from the 10 respondent. The limitation for this study is about to search the right respondent for answering the question because the respondent was chosen with the difference years of working with MASB and difference background. The study recommended a contribution from practitioners shows that this study can be used as a guide by the MASB to improve program development and management of human resources at the organization level about the issue of resignation can be reduced. Thus it is concluded that recognition and empowerment plays an important role in increasing employee motivation toward organizational tasks thus reducing the rate of resignation in MASB.
