Abstract
This paper responds to the call for greater understanding of manufacturers about ERP system implementation and the factors that influence or determine the ERP system implement at a company. Researcher find that ERP system are implement in a company with top management, project team and management, alignment (customization) of ERP system, communication, education and training as main consideration. The focus of this paper lies in which is the most influence factor among Malaysian manufacturers. The key success factors of ERP are really influence the implementation of ERP in a company. The results from survey conducted on 50 Malaysian manufacturers respondent provide insight into how manufacturers perception in choose ERP to implement. |
