Students’s satisfaction towards hostel facilities provided by Universiti Malaysia Kelantan(UMK)

This study aimed to determine the level of satisfaction among the UMK students towards the hostel facilities provided such as security, rooms’ size, water and electricity supply, maintenance and cleanliness .The study was based on a survey carried out from the questionnaire that is administered involving 100 students. By using computer software package SPSS, the level of satisfaction among the students towards the hostel facilities provided are examined. The findings show that the levels of satisfaction among students are mixed .Furthermore, majority of students are satisfied with the hostel facilities provided by the University. The finding of this study will help organization or the university to improve their service.
