Abstract
In every organization, employees are the important assets. However, conflict raise among employees nowadays. Development in human resource management is almost important especially sending employee to attend training. This is because training can transform employee to be more motivated, skilled and change the attitude to be more positive in increasing the performance. In the research finding, we will see the impact of training on employee in motivation aspect, self-improvement and skills development. This research does in Kota Bharu involving employee from public and private sector. 100 questionnaires will distribute to the employee. Collected data will be analyze through Stastical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 18.0. |
