Abstract

The purpose of this research is about the factors influence financial literacy among employees in Kelantan.The main objectives of the study are to identify the demographic background factor influence financial literacy among employees,to examine the socioeconomic factor influence financial literacy among employees and to investigate the perceived behavior factor influence financial literacy among employees.A survey will be developed to collect data from the participants.Primary data was collected through a survey that was conducted on employees in Kelantan.The purpose of this dissertation was to examine if there are any particular factors that influence financial literacy among employees.Dependent variable is the variables of and independent variables are demographic,socioeconomic and perceived behavior factor.The findings of this research provide evidence for the relationship between factors influence financial literacy among employees in Kelantan.
