The impact of student’s characteristic towards organizational performance

Organize the organization is important to shows the status of performance. In Malaysia normally manage the organization with bureaucracy system. In this millennium century
sometime that bureaucracy is not working because there is some unethical issues rise and people become not fair anymore. This research is aim to the Universiti Malaysia Kelantan(UMK)’s student to show them the best characteristic that can help them by managing the organization until become successful. Characteristic examined include leadership,
communication skill, environment, discipline and networking towards the organization performance. Data collection was analyzing using Statistic Package for Social Science(SPSS) version 18.0. Furthermore, as we know UMK is still in developing process to become big population of university. Hence, the management in any organization still poor
and not controllable enough. The researcher wants to help them become the best in organization performance. The results, UMK’s student notice that the characteristics were
discussed in this research are related to the organization performance. The discussion of findings, conclusion and limitation are also discussed in this research.
