Entrepreneurship is one of the main important drivers of a market nation and economists have underlined the crucial task acting in the market development. Women entrepreneur has been reportedly playing a role in the economic sectors where they are contributing towards jobs opportunities and wealth creation. This research aims to analyze the success factors of women entrepreneurs in Pontian, Johor Darul Ta'zim. A qualititative research methodology was used as the research methodology where interviews are done with the respondents backed with secondary data from existing journals to support their statement. Results obtained are translated into transcripts which provide meaningful data which are used for the finding and data analysis in chapter four and five. The variables such as family support, skills and knowledge, experience and availability of financial support are influence to the success factors in entrepreneurship. Besides, this also may impact to the women entrepreneurs themselves to improve the success ratio in their business on top of give the additional exposure through the characteristics in the entrepreneurial industry. The research may investigate the result of this study throughout a large scale and may also focus on the different geographical region in Malaysia or within each of the other developing countries.
