This study was carrying out to compare the antioxidant activity and determine the total phenolic content in different part of Muntingia calabura tree, which are fruit, stem and leaves. The raw finely grind sample were extracted with ethanol, using Soxhlet extraction method. The activities of antioxidant were determined by DPPH method at different concentration of extract. Meanwhile, the determination of total phenolic content is carried out using Folin-Ciocalteu method. Both sample for both method were analysed by recording the value of absorbance using UV Visible Spectrophotometer machine. As results, leaves extract actually found by having antioxidant activity with 89.03% which is higher than stem extract with 77.32% and fruit extract at 67.19%. For total phenolic content, as predicted, fruit extract contained highest percentage with 80% and followed by leave extract at 13%, while stern extract containing 7%.
