Nowadays, aquaculture industries have expanding widely as well as its consumption. In order to fulfil the requirement that has been stated in guidelines set of The Good Aquaculture Practice for Fish Farming (GAP-FF), some entrepreneurs has neglect the most important factor that needed to be alert which is fish welfare. However, some research has stated that fish welfare is impossible to execute due some challenges especially when it is involving financial factor. Thus, this study is conducted to identify
the awareness of fish welfare among fish farmers in Kelantan and covers Theory of Planned Behaviour as independent variables which are behavioural attitude, subjective
norms and perceived behavioural control. A total of 83 respondents have been selected for this study through simple random sampling. The data obtained is analysed using SPSS software. From the results, it has shown that behavioural attitude has the highest relationship to the awareness of fish welfare. Hence, it is proven that fish farmers in
Kelantan do aware about the welfare of the fish based on significant relationship between behavioural attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioural control . Thus, this study is recommended apply it on more larger population so that the precise results can be obtained
