We are still in preparing stage, to adopt the new technology. Farmer in Malaysia need to be aware of this new technology, therefore, this is the purpose of this research, to study the behavioral intention to use IoT
technology by farmer in Kelantan. In order to achieve the purpose of this research, a conceptual framework was proposed with the combination of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by using perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness and Theory of Planned Behavior by using subjective norms. The result shows after analysis of data, state that, the most influential factor that influence farmer to use the IoT technology are perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. While for the Chi-square analysis shows that there is significance relationship between subjective norm, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness towards the behavioral intention for farmer to apply the IoT technology.
