Student satisfaction towards university at Pengkalan Chepa campus.

There are many problem of students dissatisfaction towards higher institution arise nowadays. The studies done by other countries also shows students dissatisfaction towards university especially in Asia country. This situation should be concerned by higher institution and it getting more important to private university since students are customers for their business. So, the aim of this research is to probe the factors that influence student satisfaction towards university. There are nine independent variable have been measured in this study. The result shows students are not satisfied towards overall university management.
