Abstract

This study was conducted to identity the impacts of TQM practices in CRAUN Research Sdn. Bhd. Primary data for this research was collected through survey questionnaire.This research work therefore aimed at assessing the impacts of TQM practices and its effect on organizational performance in CRAUN Research Sdn. Bhd. The data is analyze using “Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS)” version 22.0. Results showed that there are positive impacts after implementation of TQM practices in term of organizational performance. This study is used mix method approach. The study gathers data from two samples, one is the employees and the other one is management. Findings from this study pointed out that employee involvement and top management’s role appeared to be significant elements in driving the successful implementation of TQM program and show good impacts in increasing the organizational performance.
