Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease that affects both animals and humans, resulting in significant economic losses and public health risks. This study aimed to assess the knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) regarding brucellosis among livestock farmers in Kelantan. A structured questionnaire was distributed to 35 respondents selected through online selfadministered questionnaires and random interviews with farmers. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and chi-square tests to identify factors associated with KAP levels. The results of this study revealed that 40% (n = 14) of respondents had good knowledge of brucellosis in cattle, while 28.6% (n = 10) had moderate knowledge of brucellosis in cattle. Attitudes toward brucellosis in cattle are generally moderate. For practice, 45.7% (n = 16) of farmers have a moderate level of practice in preventing brucellosis in cattle. The study highlights the need for increased education and awareness programs to improve farmers’ understanding and control measures against brucellosis.
