Abstract

Tactical Target, an online footwear retailer that specializes in affordable and high-quality enforcement footwear, has overcome numerous challenges in the e-commerce landscape to achieve success. Mr. Mohd Hazeza bin Fauzei founded the company in 2015, recognizing a market need for reasonably priced enforcement shoes and quickly capitalizing on opportunities presented by e-commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.

The company's primary mission is to provide customers with cost-effective solutions without sacrificing product quality or customer satisfaction. Recognizing the significance of trust and dependability in online transactions, Tactical Target has implemented customer-centric strategies such as flexible return policies and proactive customer engagement to address concerns and build trust with its customers.

One of Tactical Target's primary challenges is a lack of trust in online purchasing, which stems from concerns about reliability and delivery. To address this issue, the company intends to open a physical shoe store and implement cash on delivery (COD) purchases, giving customers in-person purchasing options and alleviating concerns about online transactions.

Furthermore, Tactical Target understands the value of building relationships with customers in the absence of physical locations. To close this gap, the company uses personalized communication strategies such as providing product videos or images to ensure customer satisfaction before they make a purchase.

Tactical Target has also faced logistical challenges, such as limited courier options and extended delivery times. To improve efficiency, the company recommends diversifying delivery options and using alternative channels like WhatsApp for faster delivery.

Tactical Target addresses additional challenges such as the difficulty in obtaining short-term stock due to lengthy delivery processes from China and Shopee's high taxes. To address these challenges and maintain market competitiveness, the company intends to optimize supply chain management processes, negotiate tax rates with Shopee, and explore alternative sales channels.

Despite these challenges, Tactical Target remains dedicated to its mission of providing affordable, high- quality enforcement footwear solutions. Tactical Target intends to redefine the landscape of enforcement footwear procurement and achieve long-term growth in the e-commerce industry by constantly refining its strategies, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and leveraging e-commerce platform
