Abstract

This study examines the influence of employee motivation on the organisational performance of the Business Operations and Administration Department at Intrack Market Services Sdn Bhd. The study shows a significant relationship between employee motivation and organisational performance, emphasising that extrinsic motivation greatly impacts worker performance. In accordance with the concept of equity, which emphasises the significance of justice in compensation, the results indicate that extrinsic rewards play a crucial role in improving productivity.

The research emphasises the importance of companies implementing strong external reward systems in order to enhance employee performance and overall efficiency. Employers are therefore advised to create compensation policies and protocols that effectively attract, inspire, retain, and satisfy employees. The study suggests for additional investigation into the correlation and influence of incentives on employee productivity throughout a wide range of private and governmental institutions. This could offer helpful perspectives to resolve conflicts that arise from insufficient reward systems.

This study aims to analyse the influence of employee motivation on organisational performance and investigate the correlation between reward systems and organisational success. The research suggests that employee motivation has a favourable impact on organisational performance, based on a thorough literature review and previous studies. Moreover, there is a significant correlation between reward systems and the overall performance of an organisation. The results indicate that employees who are motivated and rewarded in a good manner greatly increase their effectiveness and productivity, leading to an improvement in the overall performance of the organisation. Employees are the fundamental building blocks of any organisation, and it is essential to establish and uphold an efficient reward system to ensure seamless operations and long-term production.

This summary consolidates essential elements from both abstracts, adapting them to the specific circumstances of Intrack Market Services Sdn Bhd.
