This study aims to identify the strength of entrepreneurial intention (Entrepreneurs Intention) among Community College students towards entrepreneurial careers. There are three important factors in influencing the topics studied that are related to the attitude of Innovation, Proactive and Risk Taking that students have can influence entrepreneurial intentions and further to venture into the field of entrepreneurship. The respondents of the study consisted of 185 Community College students in the districts of Pasir Mas, Rantau Panjang, Kok Nenas, Jeli and Tanah Merah. This study was analyzed descriptively using The Partial Least-Square Technique (PLS) software, which was found to be a percentage score used to analyze the level of influence of a factor. The results of the study found that each of these variables influences on entrepreneurial intention. The study also found that risk -taking influence had a high score, followed by Proactive and the last one was Innovative. Several suggestions are included to further strengthen the role of its influence in instilling the strength of entrepreneurial intentions among community college students to pursue a career as an entrepreneur. It is recommended that future studies be conducted to examine the influence of other variables on entrepreneurial career aspirations among community college students. The results of this study indicate that if students have a positive perception of the benefits and outcomes of an entrepreneurial career, they are more likely to choose an entrepreneurial career. This study suggests that in order to produce students who aspire to entrepreneurial career, more focus is necessary towards developing a positive attitude towards entrepreneurial career among them and finally hopefully this study can be part of reference for future research in the same field. management
