Abstract

Karar Spa is belongs to Nurul Hidayah binti Shuib who is young lady and be as entrepreneur when she was 26 years old. The level of her business is a microenterprise that is earn about RM8,000 to RM10,000 per month. She start her business by getting loan from her family about RM80,000. She start the business, with having experienced in hotel and resort at Seremban as a therapist and then getting promotion as supervisor and then manager. She was learning about skills, management and marketing at the work place. Currently, Karar Spa have high turnover of staff and have challenge in increasing her new customer. Karar Spa also difficult to getting loan and grant from government agency due to have not getting license from local authority. At the same time, Karar Spa wants to expend her business by getting more sales. Through this case study, Karar Spa should go through the rebranding image via re do the business model. In this case study, business model canvas is suggested. In this case study, it also shows the step of how to do business model canvas for Karar Spa.
