Abstract

The purpose of this case study research is to determine on relationship between competition and performance the organization. In this study, all of existing employees & dealers to be a sample for identify the relationship between competition and performance the organization. The objective of the research is to help the organization to increase their performance thus increase the revenue of the organization. In this case study also to focus elements of competition in telco`s industry.

For this case study purpose, these three big telco are namely as Telco C, Telco D, and Telco H. This study will focus on Telco C, will describe the factors which caused revenue and performance of Telco C drop. Besides, to view how strong the competitors of telco C in market and what the weapon needed by Telco c to compete. Telco C is very successful since they have improved their competitive level, through developing many telecommunications feature, providing quality services at considerable price. The situation currently is really different from what is expected. The subscriber, market share and revenue of Telco C had decreases because of a few internal and external factors.
