In Malaysia, entrepreneurship issue is very crucial part in enhancing the stable economic growth and generating more new jobs in order to reduce the unemployment rate. Hence, the researcher had conducted the study of Entrepreneurial Intention among UMK’s undergraduate students in Faculty of Hospitality, Tourism and Wellness. In this study, the researcher had proposed the six independent variables that may influence the dependent variable which is Entrepreneurial Intention. The six independent variables are Attitude toward Behavior (ATB), Subjective Norm (SN), Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC), Entrepreneurship Education (EE), Need for Achievement (NFA) and Risk-taking (RT). The result obtained indicated that all the six independent variables have the positive moderate relationship towards the Entrepreneurial Intention.
