This case study is divided into two parts. The Part 1, discuss on the full description about the business and information on the company background. The case study was about a new start up companies which had the opportunity to operate on a small new resort. This section corners the information about the, industry overview, competition and market situation, then type of future business prospect on the resorts. As a new resort in town, this business currently had the problem of human resource and operation. This is because, the business operation wanted to expand the business within it limited resources. In Part B of the case study, the discussion will be base on methodology used, problem solving and to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company and interview. The elements that need to be evaluated are the company marketing and lastly the human resources and training. It is very important for these elements to be analysed so that it can help to determine the level of competitive and limitation the company has. After analysing each of the elements, a suggestive recommendations will be given on how the company can expand, safeguard its market share, improving employer-employee relationships and the training and development programmers for its staffs. The SWOT analysis use to guide the company on hoe to maximize its strengths and opportunities to overcome its; weaknesses and threat. Finally, the method suggests in other to give continuous improvement through customers satisfaction on service and operation it is to form a total quality management program in each operation of the business.
