Abstract
AL Vison Johor Sdn Bhd faced a problem between the employees and top management regarding dissatisfaction issues such as employees' benefits, salaries, job structured, working conditions and company's procedure which have been set up by the parent company. The dissatisfaction issues the lead to low employees' motivation. This case study focus on the recognized problem such as high turnover, low productivity, customer's complaints on products and lack of organizational commitment. |
