This study is about creating new knowledge and better understanding on the important of The Factors Affecting Consumer Buying Behavior of Local Skin Care Product in Kota Bharu Kelantan. The main purpose of this study was to use bench-marking to identify factors that affecting consumer buying behavior from the imported skin care product to local skin care product. The brand image is one of the factors that influence consumer buying behaviour of local skin care product. Due to the competitive marketplace, consumer satisfaction has become the important things especially in cosmectics industry. Providing quality services can lead to customer satisfaction and retain the existing customers. The prices, qualities, brand images and effective advertisement are the key factors that influence consumer‟s skin care selection. Objective of study is to discover the relationship between prices, qualities, brand images and effective advertisement of local skin care product and buying behavior of local skin care product in Kota Bharu Kelantan.
