Abstract

Every company have their own strategies to success in the industry. The successful strategies require proper planning, research, and analysis. Before entry into industry, the leader needs to make a decision on which strategy suitable to employ, the goals, available option in-depth, develop a plan. The choices made are influence by the opportunities and threats in the firm's external environment.
