Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) will forge cooperation with the Prince of Songkhla University (PSU), Thailand in efforts to boost research and education to achieve global standard.
UMK Vice-Chancellor, Prof Dr Raduan Che Rose said the cooperation would focus on establishing academic cooperation such as in the exchange of students and staff, placement of undergraduates, visiting professors, research and academic publication.
"With the signing of the agreement, both universities will be able to contribute expertise, technology in various other aspects such as the sharing of information, knowledge and skills according to their respective experience and strength," he said at the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Letter of Intent (LOI) between the two universities, here Sunday.
