Abstract

The purpose of the study is to better understand the relationship between the principal's leadership and teachers' job satisfaction, the study took place at SKJC Peir Chih, Kota Bharu Kelantan. The conditions of teachers' working life are influenced by the administration and leadership provided by the principals, and it widely assumed that school principals leadership style can affect of job satisfaction of teachers and consequently will indirectly influence the achievement outcome of student.
