This case study will attest about the concept of virtual learning lessons that will change the way students learn today. It is also being applied in SJKC Peir Chih, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. This case study explores the definition, basic components, the concept of virtual learning environments as well as comparisons between traditional learning and virtual learning. When Frog VLE application was started in Malaysian schools, teachers were struggled to apply new teaching strategies in the classroom. Teachers are now having difficulties in integrating technology into their lessons. The practicality and ease of use of a certain application is important to determine the use of Frog VLE application. If the Frog VLE application is not user-friendly, most of the teachers will face difficulties in their teaching and learning activities. Therefore, teachers will not use the Frog VLE application anymore. So, it is important to investigate the teachers’ perception towards the Frog VLE application in this study case. Beside that, this case study will discuss the situation of pupils and their parents when the Frog VLE is run. After this case study, we will observe whether the students are able to follow the teacher to receive educational exchanges to ICT or not. Furthermore, this case study would also look at the parents' perception in using Frog VLE. After 6 months of observation, this case study has increased in Frog VLE use among students and teachers. It shows its success whenever teachers are able to make full use of it in their teaching and learning activities. Overall, this case study will discuss the problem facing when application of Frog VLE is running. Then, this case study will conclude the effectiveness of the Frog VLE.
