The purpose of conducting this research project is to examine the factors of environment, culture and community that attract tourists in choosing Kuala Terengganu as a travel choice. To attain the objectives of this research project, research questions and three hypotheses were developed and tested. Furthermore, each hypothesis is measured accordingly and results obtained are subsequently explained. Other than that, literature reviews are included in this research project to provide a better understanding towards the influential factors on dining experience as well as provide justification towards the research questions and research problems. Primary data were collected through survey questionnaires for this research purposes and 300 sets of questionnaire were distributed to the target respondents which are tourists in Kuala Terengganu. By using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23.0, data collected through survey questionnaires was able to be analysed and results obtained are discussed in the form of tables and charts. In addition, major findings of this research project were discussed in order to understand the relationship between the factors of which are environment, culture and community and Kuala Terengganu as a travel choice. After this research, we acknowledged that all of these factors are important in attracting tourists in choosing Kuala Terengganu as a travel choice. Lastly, managerial implications have been discussed to provide insight look and useful information to Kuala Terengganu for improvement or development in tourist destinations. On the other hand, the limitations faced in this study will be addressed and recommendations will be developed to assist future researchers in managing these limitations.
