Abstract

This study aimed to assess factors that affect the satisfaction of tourists and travelers to estimate the level satisfaction of tourism products in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was used as an instrument to collect primary data from tourists visiting Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The questionnaire consists of three categories of 20 items of social relations, cultural experiences, escape, and relaxation. Specific information and the level of public satisfaction on every item and socio-demographic background of the tourists also collected. Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Special Sciences (SPSS) software version 22.0.0. Overall, the study found that factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists who come to visit Kelantan is caused by factors cultural experience. In conclusion, the study results we have obtained, we find that the cultural experience are able to affect tourist satisfaction
