Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how affect motivation on job satisfaction. In the study, the effects of motivation such as monetary incentives, and benefits on performance and job satisfaction related. It's posited that have difference incentive effects on performance and job satisfaction. The effects on incentive effects on satisfied job are research trough critical literature review and interview research.
