Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors for preference in buying gadget in physical store. Through a set of questionnaires, this study examines the relationship between customer experience, perceived value, timeliness and after sales service toward consumer preference. The results indicate overall independent variables have a significant relationship toward consumer preference. Since the study was on respondents‟ most preference in buying gadget in physical store, the data effected by respondents cooperation. The result suggested to study in other states to ensure the respondents not focused in a state. Further, it would help to obtain the result more precise. This study will be a useful resource for future research.
