Abstract

This research was conducted to verify the factors that influence the uses of wadiah product in islamic banking for students of islamic banking and finance in Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, Kelantan. Eighty-six (86) respondents were selected by choosing the simple random sampling. The instrument use to collect data was by questionnaire that was filled out from respondent and collect at the same day. The data that was collected from respondents was analyzed using SPSS software. The result showed that quality services, customer loyalty and promotion were significant to the use wadiah product in islamic banking. Based on result, the relationship between customer loyalty with the use of wadiah product in islamic banking is the high influence in relationship compare to other factors. In future study, research should be more focus on the promoting part because the promotion parts is still in low condition and plus can improve islamic banking system in Malaysia
