Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the level of awareness regarding Islamic investment among Islamic Banking of Finance student in University Malaysia Kelantan. The respondents is only involved student of Islamic Banking from year 1 until year 4 because they has been exposed to Islamic banking and they have the knowledge about the nature of Islamic banking. Total of our respondent is 225 which is 180 of them are female and the rest (450) is from male students. So we have distributed the questionnaire to all 225 respondents and used SPSS to analyse the data. Before we run for actual test, we have completed the pilot test to test either the questionnaire is reliable or not. For pilot test we have only 30 respondents which are 5 students from year 1 and year 2 and 10 students from third and fourth year. the data has been analyzed as reliable based on Cronbach's Alpha value which is more than 0.7. Based on correlation test that analyzed the relationship between each variable, the outcome is positive which is there is significance and have relationship between dependent and independent variable. As an overall, all respondent is aware about the Islamic investment and noticed the existence of the Islamic banking products.
