White Mulberry leaves was successfully screened and isolated for their antioxidant activity. White mulberry leaf were macerated by using different type of polarities of solvent such as ethanol, hexane, acetone and distilled water. Thin layer chromatography and column chromatography were used to isolate the crude extract
and fractions by using different type of solvent. The good solvent system to separate ethanol, acetone and hexane crude extract were hexane and ethyl acetate (1:1). The ethanol crude extract was selected as best crude extract. The antioxidant activity of White mulberry leaves was evaluated by using the DPPH assay, total phenolic content and total flavonoid content. The antioxidant activities of the isolated compound of White Mulberry leaves extracted were showed positively results.
