Factors affecting the ridership of public transport in Kuala Lumpur

This research is a study about the factors affecting the ridership of public transport in
Kuala Lumpur. The ridership of public transport will affect by factor such as safety, speed,
convenience and cost. This study has shown the significance of the hypothesis in
relationship between factors and ridership of public transport which able to determine the
research question by collecting related literature review to valid the data is reliable and
answer the research question. 384 data sampling questionnaires were collected for this
study. Furthermore, the findings and discussion as well as conclusion, limitation and
recommendation have discussed in this study
