The objective of research is to examine the relationship between Entrepreneurship Attributes and Student Performance at University Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). Since the establish, UMK have a set up Entrepreneurship Attributes Model. UMK urges their students to be equipped with the attributes of Entrepreneurship upon graduation. So far, the lack of empirical study on this subject creating a literature gap. Therefore researcher have conducted the studies wheter Entrepreneurship Attributes plays an important role toward the student performance. Respondents consisted of 300 final year student / 4th yearstudents of University Malaysia Kelantan. Respondents were randomly selected based on the total population of University Malaysia Kelantan final year students / 4th year students. The questionnaires were distributed to the four campuses of UMK namely City Campus, Veterinary Campus, Jeli Campus and Bachok Campus. The result show that, UMK Entrepreneurship Attributes (risk taker & brave, creative & innovative, leadership and entrepreneurial skills & competencies) influence student performance. The study may helpful for the educational institute, colleges, universities, industry players and for the governments. It helps the universities to design and implement proper syllabus of teaching to increasing quality of graduates and may help the government to consider the policy for entrepreneurship education as a university compulsory sumject. Moreover, it may also produce the alertness between students abouts the important and benefits of entrepreneurship education and the attributes gained towards student performance.
