Abstract
This study was designed to study on Passenger satisfaction on Service Quality in Low cost carrier Airline: A case study among Generation Y in Kelantan.200 respondents were selected at airport randomly to identify the relationship of service quality such as reliability, tangibles, empathy, responsiveness, and assurance with customer satisfaction. Within the five factors, all the factors showed significant results. This research provided some new information for the low cost carrier airline industry |
