The aim of this research project is to examine of food quality, service quality,
environment and customer expectations in customer satisfaction factor in fast-food
restaurants. In order to achieve the goal of this research project, the research
questions and four hypotheses development and testing. In addition, each the same
size hypothesis and results obtained are described below. In addition, the literature
review is included in this project to provide a better understanding about the dining
experience, as well as providing justification for the research question and research
issues. The main objective is to collect data and 200 sets of questionnaires in this
study through questionnaires were distributed to the respondents.By using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 22.0, the data collected through questionnaires can be analysed and the results obtained in the form of tables and graphs will be discussed. In addition, the main findings of a research project to understand the environmental quality of food, service and food, but also expect the relationship between the customer and customer satisfaction were discussed. After this study, we realized that all the factors that affect customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction, which in turn will affect the snack degree in revisiting willingness is very important. Finally, management issues were discussed to provide insight and information useful to fast-food restaurants. On the other hand, face
restrictions in the review process and proposals will be developed to help researchers in the future in the management of these restrictions.
