Abstract

There are many factors that influence an entrepreneur to be success in business but still there are no factors that truly give impact to entrepreneur to be success. To know the factors, this study’s purpose was to determine the most Critical Success Factors (CFSs) towards on the business performance among entrepreneurs in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. From this study, the sample size was 379 entrepreneurs in Kota Bharu. The researches have chosen the simple random sampling for sample size. The questionnaire was used to determine the critical success factor (CSFs) toward business performance. In this study, we found that the past experience is the most factor that influence business performance while second is education and followed by risk-taking behaviour. The finding useful for entrepreneurs to know the critical success factors in achieving a success in business
