Abstract

This research study was based on the study on the tourist perception towards service quality in Kelantan. This study was carried out because the tourism services were one of the most important elements that can influence the decision of tourist to go to further destination. Besides that, the service quality is one of the ways to increase the visitation of the tourists. This study was focusing on tourist satisfaction through the service quality provided by the tourism suppliers. From this research, the researcher was able to define the meaning of tourist satisfaction, not only by fact but also proved by the analysis that had been done. Apart from that, through the data collection and questionnaire distributed, the researcher able to find the factors that affected the tourist perception and also the respond what they showed when they feel satisfied with the service provided by the attractions. Through this thesis, the researcher hope that tourism suppliers can learn and know about the factors which can influence the tourist satisfaction to continuously uses their services.
