Abstract

Nowadays, youth more prefer to spend time at the shopping mall. There are several factors that cause this group to visit the shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur. There are several factors that analyzed, there are lifestyle, facility and accessibility. To solve this problem, this study aimed to identify the factors that affect the youth to visit the shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur. Respondents selected were youths aged in between 15 and 24 years old. The researchers used quantitative research design as it provides a clearer things of what needs to be studied and were included in the questionnaire. Narrow questions brought facilitated to the researcher to collects quantifiable data from participants, analyzed the number statistic and very rare from unbiased happened. The target populations of the study were the youth had been visited to Kuala Lumpur
