Abstract

This research finding is based on respondents which are tourists’ arrivals in Malaysia. The states that involved in this study are Kedah Selangor and Kelantan. The purpose of this study is to identify issues that influencing tourists arrivals in Malaysia. There were three states that took part in this study. We collected the data in Sultan Abdul Halim Airport, Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport and Sultan Ismail Petra Airport. We have distributed questionnaires to the tourists that arrive in those three airports. Data was analysed by using reliability analysis, descriptive analysis and correlation coefficient. The result shows that political, safety and health and social issues influencing tourists’ arrivals in Malaysia. We hope that these findings would help tourism industry in analyzing the factors that stimulate tourists’ arrivals. The limitation for our study is time constraints, the accuracy and sincerity of selected participants. We only focusing our study in our semester break and its limit us to reach our respondents.
