ln this thesis, a study was conducted to analysis nutrition profile of fermented fish meal and the growth was tested on ornamental gourami, Trichogaster trichopterus. Nutrition profile of fermented fish meal was carried out on ornamental gourami by using three replicate namely replicate 1, replicate 2 and replicate 3. Three controls were set up for three treatments. For every treatment and control consist 5 ornamental fish. Fermented fish meal was fermented in 23 weeks given 3% of body weight two times daily in 4 weeks. Every 7 days, body weight of ornamental gourami was weigh and record. Body weight was used to calculate specific growth rate and feed conversion ratio. Survival rate also determined. From this study, ornamental gourami show increase in weight gain. Feed conversion ratio also decrease until week 4 (p >0.05). Survival rate at end of study is 5%. Application to this study is too applied in commercial fish farming as alternative to commercial fish pellet. Further researches to increase specific growth rate to promote growth rate of ornamental gourami in short term.
