Abstract

Artemia is one of live feed in aquaculture activities. This research done by enriching Artemia with three type of feed which are Nannochloropsis sp., Effective Microorganism and Yeast. Enrichment was done between six hours before harvest where nutrient added some captured in stomach or its appendages. After Artemia enriched and dried by using freeze dryer, proximate analysis later carried out by Kjedahl (Protein), Soxtec (Fat), Fiber bag system (Fiber) and Furnace (Ash).Crude protein is highest in Nannochloropsis sp.(42.95 %) While yeast have the highest for crude fat (9.28 %), crude fiber (6.29 %) and also ash (13.44 %).
