Research was conducted to evaluate the analysis nutritional profile of fermented rubber, Hevea brasiliensis seed meal (FRSM) in practical diets for juvenile ornamental gouramies, Trichogaster trichopterus with uneven initial weight. In this research, rubber seed was processed and undergoes solid-state fermentation (SSF) by which ferment with 20% of molasses and being kept for month. At the same time, microbial community growth is determined through microbial analysis by serial dilution. For diflerent type of agar was used which are Plate Count Agar, Potato Dextrose Agar, Dichloran Rose Bengal Chloramphenicol Agar and Methicilin Aureus where different microbes growth on it. Feeding trial was done for 28 days. Fish were divided into two feed tanks with triplicate each which is three tank for commercial pellet (Cl,C2 and C3), while another three for FRSM (R1, R2 and R3). Fish were fed at the rate of 5% of initial body weight and two times per day. Results demonstrated that there was activities of microbial community growth occur on each agar. The most significance difference (p<0 05) was found for TPC followed by less significance difference (p<0.05) which is TMC. For TLABC and TYC there was no sigiificance difference (p>0.05) found. Through feeding trial, there was significance difference (p<0.05) for the growth rate for all tanks. Unfortunately, there was no significance difference for SGR and FCR For both feed given. At the end of the research, it can be said that FRSM can be feed on T. trichopterus as replacement
alternative protein feed with low cost of production.
