Abstract

Protease is a important group of commercially enzyme which used in various of industrial application in present time. In this study, Isolate 22(1)2 had been chosen to review the physical condition for optimize protease production. Production of protease was started since 0 hours and it achieved highest production at 24 hours, which in stationary phase of growth. Optimum pH, agitation rate, inoculums size and temperature for protease production were pH 8, 150 rpm, 4 % inoculums size and 40 °C, respectively. Optimum bacteria growth was occurred at pH 9, 150 rpm, 6 % inoculums size and 50 °C after 28 hours. Comparison before optimization and after optimization was showed significant with increased 36.029% on the protease production after optimization.
