Pollen analysis was conducted using airborne samples collected from 4 different sites in Kelantan which are Jeli, Kota Bharu, Tanah Merah and Pengkalan Chepa. This research is conducted in order to identify the spores and pollen contained in airborne samples. Samples are collected using a remote control helicopter and the samples had undergone 2 analysis method which are pollen count and pollen acetolysis method. The samples then were stained and examined microscopically. A total of 11 different pollen families were identified and the most abundance pollen captured was Dendocalamus strictus from Poaceae family. The most number of pollen were recorded in Jeli followed by Tanah Merah, Pengkalan Chepa and in Kota Bharu the least number of pollen were recorded.
